All that said this factor sounds like the proper weight / balance combine. It’s simply light enough for me (5’11” / 182Lbs) to mount it on prime of my FJ Cruiser without any facilitate. On the water it feels stable. i have been out twice currently, each times fishing on a relatively calm lake… the primary time was with a friend who’s regarding my same size. Our combined weight was about 360-370Lbs and it felt just like the Kayak might have shouldered another 200Lbs no problem.
The Pole mounts ar simply removable and might adjust to your preference. I did not notice them moving into the way and that we were managing two poles, a net & each paddle sets. The paddles conveniently & simply snap apart and might be mounted in slots right behind wherever you are sitting. this can be great in spite of whether you are fishing (and catch something / need to place the paddle down) or if you are in another situation wherever you wish to free up your hands. there is a nice sized open aired compartment within the back that comes with overhead netting. I had a small tackle box back there along with another equipment, no problems. Great kayak for the price.
