When Aire came out with this model around 1993, the first customer to buy one put four adults (whom he estimated to have totalled 600 lbs.) into one without a swamp. The Super Lynx Inflatable Kayak comes with extremely comfortable seats and optional thigh straps for fast paddling. Thigh straps are worth using if you are in class II or III white water, as they will help you have more control and better handling. It has self-inflating drain valves, so if you are in white water you have the option to allow the kayak to get rid of excess water.
